I am passionate about coaching mission-driven leaders, teams, and organizations. I have coached hundreds of leaders to increase self-awareness, strengthen their skills, and develop the mindset and behaviors to lead with authenticity and courage. My coaching process is personalized to support leaders to:

My experience includes leadership and executive roles in nonprofit and corporate settings, including higher education, healthcare, youth development, and technology. I have consulted with organizations in government, senior living, and education. I have supported organizations in developing strategically aligned learning and leadership development frameworks, identifying and developing leadership talent, designing and facilitating high-impact learning experiences, and measuring results that matter to the business.
I am a lifelong learner with a doctorate in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development and a Master of Adult Education from the University of Georgia. I earned undergraduate degrees in Social Work and Business Administration from Georgia State University.
