At Growing Leadership Mindset, I partner with leaders who want to grow with intention—gaining deeper self-understanding, clarity, and confidence in how they lead. My coaching creates space to reflect, challenge assumptions, and develop in ways that are both meaningful and practical for leaders, their teams, organizations, and communities.

Coaching Program Structure

Duration: 12-week coaching engagement

Sessions: One 60-minute session per week (total of 12 sessions)

Flexibility: While designed to be completed in 12 consecutive weeks, all sessions must be used within 15 weeks of the agreed-upon start date to allow for scheduling adjustments.

Coaching Includes:

Personalized coaching to support self-awareness, authentic leadership, and purposeful impact

  • Assessments selected to support leadership goals

  • Tools, models, and reflective practices

  • Between-session prompts and accountability support

Organizational Development

Growing Leadership Mindset also offers a range of services tailored to organizational needs, including:

  • Organizational consulting

  • Learning, leadership, and organizational development strategy

  • Leadership program design and facilitation

  • Team development and coaching

  • New leader assimilation
